A MODEL OF EDUCATIONAL STANDARD THIRD-GENERATION ON COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH FOR E-LEARNING SYSTEMS

Currently, the Russian education system changes its state educational standards to the the third generation, in which requirements of disciplines to be determined by competences. This article presented an electronic model of the federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education of the third generation eGOS-3 (Electronic Government Standard third-generation), a brief description of its implementation within the framework of a universal e-learning environment UniCST. Also there is an example of usage this model for teaching modern parallel computing technologies.
