A. A. VoropinovTIM-2D is a continuum mechanics code that uses irregular polygonal grids of arbitrary structure. Several data decomposition algorithms for fine-grain paralleling of TIM-2D are described. A number of decomposition quality assessment criteria for fine-grain paralleling of TIM-2D are introduced. These criteria and algorithms are verified by means of a number of test decompositions.
