RESEARCH OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF THE STRESS CONDITION OF A NON-HOMOGENEOUS CROSS LAYER IN A ROUND ROD

Mathematical models of the stress conditions of the round continuous rod, containing the transverse less strong inhomogeneous plastic layer are constructed and investigated with analytical and numerical methods, while loading the rod an axial thrust and by plastic forming of layer. The conditions of contact strengthening of such layers is investigated in details. On this basis obvious analytical dependences for definition of the critical stress conditions in a layer are critical axial load are gained.
