Optimization Problem of Increasing the Financial and Economic Efficiency of an Enterprise Based on the Application of the Internship Mechanism

Yu.A. Rakovskaya
The paper discusses digital approaches to automation of work with personnel at the stages of selection, adaptation and motivation using artificial intelligence technologies. Most enterprises, pursuing primarily economic benefits, do not invest in employee training and improving a comfortable socio-psychological climate. New digital tools using artificial intelligence technologies are used both to evaluate candidates and employees and to build crowdsourcing platforms with the involvement of free labor. To assess the employee's contribution to the productivity of the enterprise, a wide range of qualitative and quantitative characteristics is proposed, including those specialized for certain industries. The paper proposes an original classification of employee characteristics and personnel management methods at different stages of employment, distinguished by a three-level presentation of the main, professional, personal properties of the employee, a description of the methods of influence at three stages of interaction: selection, adaptation, motivation and allowing you to form the necessary combination of methods for the specifics of a particular industry and corporate culture. Alternative options for the evolution of interaction between the employee and the enterprise are considered. A formal formulation of the optimization task of increasing the financial and economic efficiency of the enterprise through the use of the internship mechanism has been completed.
