Impact of Vaccination Opinion Dynamics on Influenza Epidemics

Целью данного исследования является проверка гипотезы о том, что динамика общественного мнения о вакцинации влияет на развитие эпидемического процесса, на примере эпидемии гриппа. Предполагается, что динамика общественного мнения завершается до начала сезонной вспышки гриппа, и к этому времени все уже принимают решение о вакцинации. Такие решения влияют на формирование индивидуального иммунного статуса каждого экономического агента, а также на формирование коллективного иммунитета у населения в целом. Эпидемический процесс изучается с использованием двух модификаций компартментных моделей (SIR и SEIRD). Также изучается экономическая эффективность вакцинации. Моделирование сопровождается имитацией динамик общественного мнения и эпидемического процесса, реализованной на сетевой модели, основанной на случайном графе. Сценарный анализ проводится на основе статистических данных о заболеваемости гриппом и ежегодных прививочных кампаниях в России.
